Service Agreement and Warranty Conditions
The following are the Terms and Conditions of orders placed with GSM Software on ordering
from GSM Software you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
Delivery
Unlock Code will be be sent by e-mail within 48 hours on receipt of cleared payment.
Please configure properly any filtering program you are using to avoid of non-receipt of e-mail
sent by us. (If you are using a web based email with filtering capability, you may also check
filtered emails folder).
Security
Orders placed online can be placed on our order form.
Payments placed online will be placed on 128 bit secure servers. On this form, all credit / debit
card details are transmitted using SSL, the universally recognized security system for
transmitting encrypted information over the Internet. GSM Software never actually sees
your credit / debit card details.
Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded for security reasons when placing
an order online.
Warranty Conditions
We guarantee your money back and restore your phone to the original state on following conditions
- Phone is still locked after you enter unlocking code provided by us.
To Benefit from Warranty
Please contact us (with your Transaction ID) within 60 days from the date of purchase.
Refund Policy:
- You can be refunded (in full) under the warranty term within 60 days upon your request.
- You can be refunded (in full) if unlocking code does not work for your pone.
Please contact us via email for your refund requests (Please include your Transaction ID with
your request).
Privacy Statement
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that you submit to us are kept
secure. The details that you submit to us will be kept to process orders only.
GSM Software will not knowingly pass on any details we hold on customers or web site visitors
