The following are the Terms and Conditions of orders placed with GSM Unlock on ordering
from GSM Unlock you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Delivery
Unlock Codes will be sent via e-mail on receipt of cleared payment.
Delivery time varies depending on the service ordered. please refer product / service order page for accurate delivery time.
Please configure properly any filtering program you are using to avoid of non-receipt of e-mails
(If you are using an email with filtering capability, you may also check filtered emails folder).
You may also contact us via Web Help Desk if you have email delivery issues.

Warranty Conditions
We guarantee your money back and restore your phone to the original state on following conditions
- Phone is still locked after you enter unlocking code provided by us.
To Benefit from Warranty
Please contact us (with your Transaction ID) within 60 days from the date of purchase.

Refund Policy:
- You can be refunded (in full) under the warranty term within 60 days upon your request.
- You can be refunded (in full) if unlocking code does not work for your pone.
Please contact us for your refund request (Please include your Transaction ID with your request).

Security
Orders placed online can be placed on our order form.
Payments placed online will be placed on 128 bit secure servers. On this form, all credit / debit
card details are transmitted using SSL, the universally recognized security system for
transmitting encrypted information over the Internet. GSM Unlock never actually sees
your credit / debit card details.
Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded for security reasons when placing
an order online.
